첫번째는 맞구요 두번째는 it이 가목적어고 to behave 이하가 진목적어에요 여기서 make는 시키다 라는 사역동사의 의미보단 만들다라는 5형식에 가깝게 쓰인거같네요 ㅎ

원래 문장은 relevance makes (to behave~) beneficial for the organism인데 목적어 부분이 너무 길어서 뒤로보내고 가목적어it을 쓴거죠
