In many ways in our lives, we exploit the powers of enzymes in almost every field. Enzymes are what hastens things up - a pace-maker in the chemical world. They can be used for fermenting food, for toothpastes and lotions and even for industrial puposes. But only dropping these enzymes in to something that needs speeding up as an ingredient doesn't do the job. Activating agents are needed - but not just any agent, but ones that fit their respective enzyme perfectly. Say, for instance, activating agent A has two lumps and agent B has one. If an enzyme has __________. There are a few more requirements for the enzyme to be administered properly and effectively, such as the optimal temperature or the rightful pressure rates.
