이 영어 문장좀 봐주세요..

딱히 의미는 없는 것 같은데 decide를 수식하는 것 아닌가요?

해석하면

나는 우리 아이들의 미래 진로를 그들이 11~12살에 본 적성검사의 결과로 결정하는것이 꽤 말이 안된다고 생각한다. 니깐요

두번째는 engage in이 하나로 묶여 들어가는 거에요

engage A in B 식으로 A를 B에 참여시키다 정도가 아닌가 싶네요
